EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR REFURBISHMENT OF Cobra2 MAJOR FOAM VEHICLE

City of Derry Airport (CoDA) provides a vital air access link for the local community and performs a pivotal role in the economics of the region.  In 2016 the airport handled in excess of 300,000 passengers to a range of destinations across the UK and Europe as well as being one of the principle gateways to the NW of Ireland.

CoDA is seeking expressions of interest for carrying out mid-life servicing and upgrades to a Cobra 2 Major Fire Vehicle.

Contractor & Concessionaire Attributes

Interested parties / suppliers are expected to demonstrate the following attributes:

Experience

Minimum of 3 years demonstrable experience of provision of relevant services on similar equipment.

Competency

The necessary resources and relevant skills to complement the experience requirement.

Standing

Be able to demonstrate appropriate resources available to deliver the programmes of work, have a firm financial background to be able to provide the services offered and be able to demonstrate insurance and warranty coverage.

 

Following an expression of interest CoDA will issue a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, (PQQ).  Completed PQQs will be reviewed and parties selected to formally tender for the supply of the equipment will then be issued a full bid pack containing more detail of the installation and the tender submission requirements.
