Loganair Host Flights for School’s Cluster Programme
City of Derry Airport and Scottish airline, Loganair, teamed up to provide an educational aviation experience for the local school children taking part in the Extended School’s Cluster Project, an initiative developed by Northern Ireland’s Department of Education. The scheme aims to improve levels of educational achievement for children and young people by providing the additional support they may require to help them reach their full potential.

New Low-Cost Service to Edinburgh Commences
Ryanair’s new service from City of Derry Airport to Edinburgh Airport commenced at the weekend and was marked with a fabulous Scottish themed celebration at the North West hub airport. The new route will be operating five times a week, fulfilling the demand for direct air connectivity between the North West region and the Scottish capital.
Loganair’s NEW City of Derry to Glasgow International service takes flight
Loganair’s new service between City of Derry Airport, (CoDA), and Glasgow International commenced operations this weekend. The Mayor of Derry City and Strabane District Council, Cllr John Boyle formally welcomed Ms Kay Ryan, Commercial Director for Loganair to the airport, following the arrival of the first inaugural flight.
